There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children, one is roots; the other, wings.

PeeWee Football
I am enjoying a few days off after a difficult 60 hour work week. I worked 5 days of 12 hour shifts and it was exhausting. Thankfully, my parents took the boys up north for part of the week so I could get some sleep in and they could have some fun! We have been making the most of this time off so far...library, farmer's market and today, The Green Bay Children's Museum!
Dressing up like a Packer player was by far the boy's favorite! I predict many more visits to come!

We're Still Here...
It's been a looooong last few weeks. I was just signed off from training at work and am now answering all calls by myself! It's going really well! I love my job, but the hours are difficult. I am on a 10p-6a schedule right now and will go to mostly 12 hour shifts 6p-6a for the month of July. Hopefully things will calm down after the summer vacations have come and gone. Either way - I'm eternally grateful to my husband, Aaron's parents and my parents for helping us through this!!
Aaron lacerated his foot last night on a piece of glass and had to get 4 stitches.
Max put his Curious George doll in time out for "crapping on his bed." George had to go "into his kennel."
Liam and I took our first ride on the Zippin Pippin together! His eyes were as wide as saucers and he "almost peed his pants" but asked to go again when the ride was over!
